What to Check, When greasing press and hold for one cycle.
Check the Hydraulic Fluid level on the driver side of the truck in eye glass with the PTO off and the Hoist down.
With the PTO ON check the tank and the hoses from the tank. Check for hydraulic leaks at the (2) rams on both sides of the truck running them all the way UP and DOWN. With the Hoist up run the cable rams all the way IN and OUT checking for leaks. There are (4) grease points total, (2) on either lift ram.
Check and run all the controls INSIDE and OUTSIDE the truck, checking for leaks.
Check that the side rollers move freely on both sides of the truck and grease rollers. (10) Total.
Check that the back bar is not bent and moves freely. (2) grease points on the roller. There are also (2) grease points under the bar on either side on the rear hinges.
Raise the Hoist up and ensure the bed up alarm is in working order.
Check the steel cable for frays, there are 4 grease points on the top of the hoist.
Check yellow straps are free of frays and are secured with locking mechanism. Tightening bar should be kept in the cab behind the drivers seat.
